Malaysia
Orders delivered within Malaysia are shipped locally and are not subject to customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.
Singapore
Jewellery is generally not subject to customs duty in Singapore. However, Singapore GST may apply depending on the value of your shipment and the applicable GST regulations.
9% import GST may be payable if the order value exceeds $400 SGD.
Any applicable GST or charges imposed by Singapore authorities will be borne by the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Orders refused because of unpaid taxes or charges are not eligible for cancellation or refund of the associated shipping and import costs.

Shipping Timeline
1. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number, items ordered and delivery details.
2. Order Preparation
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During sales, festive periods or public holidays, dispatch may take up to 2–3 business days.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
4. Delivery
After dispatch, your parcel will be handed over to our shipping partner for delivery. Estimated delivery times are shown in the table above.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as customs clearance, severe weather or courier delays during peak periods.
