Every order is automatically insured for 30 days. Please reach out to us if any of the following has happened to you.

1. Any of your ear had developed allergic symptoms to our earrings.

Our S925 Sterling Silver earrings are made with 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. They are hypoallergenic (aka sensitive ears friendly), most people will find it safe even after long hours or several days of wearing. Although it's rare but a very small portion of people are also allergic to copper. If you've just discovered that you're also allergic to copper after trying out our earrings, please let us know immediately.

2. Some earring parts fell apart easily. (without applying too much force)

Although rare, it does happen, our staffs may have overlooked this earring defect before shipping it out to you. In this case, we will ship out a new one to you, with no extra cost from your end.

3. Earrings are missing one or few diamond(s) or gemstone(s).
