Great, something new for me in the design.
As it's the first time, I struggled to put it on and
another one was the screwing of the round ball at the tip, the hole was so small.
Anyway, all good n done.
Good quality as per price just little small for this design
I always get an allergic reaction to earrings, and I am so happy to report that I didn't with these. Tiny, so bit hard to grip as you put on. Great for daily use.
The customer service is excellent. Had some issue with one side of the ear rings. It was replaced within a few days. I love their design and quality and will come back again to purchase more.

The item delivered with a big carton box which is good for protection. Expect to be packed in an earring box, but it was just pack in a cotton bag. It will be a bonus if it comes with the earring box to be pair with this elegance product.
