Our delivery timescale is 7-12 business days.
Due to COVID-19, our delivery times can change at any time, without prior notice. We are trying our best to keep you updated regarding the delivery time for your order to get to you. To ensure we can respond to your queries promptly, please only contact us if you have not received your order within the above timescale. We understand that delays in delivery can be frustrating, we appreciate your patience and support during this time.

Some of our shipping information:
1. Kindly ensure that your shipping address is accurate, we do not allow amendments after you place an order. However, if there is really a need to amend your shipping address, please contact us via live chat or email email@example.com immediately after you place your order, we will see what we can do for you.
2. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
3. Our courier service providers include Pgeon, Poslaju, Skynet, J&T, DHL & etc.
4. Deliveries will be made from Monday - Friday (except Weekend & Public Holidays).
5. If in any case, your parcel is returned to us for being undeliverable, you will be contacted via email for alternative postage address. We will resend the parcel to the new address but you are required to pay for the postage for re-posting. We can only repost parcel once. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been returned to us, we will refund the remaining payment to you, after the deduction of shipping costs, handling & processing fee.
