All items sold are not eligible for exchange / refund due to hygienic purposes.
All of our jewelry items are hand made products. Therefore, each product will be slightly different in shapes, sizes, colors, color linings, markings and textures. Color of products might vary slightly from the pictures due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration and different tech device specifications. We quality check each and every item before delivering it to you because we care.
However, should any of the item(s) you received contain any manufacturing defects, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with order number and images of the area-of-concern within 7 days, our team will assist with your returns.
Please allow us 3 working days to process your request upon receiving your email.

In the event that the item you ordered is out of stock, we will refund the purchase price to you via store credits.
