Earring looks nice and good quality. But the excellent customer service that is most worth a pat on the shoulder! I texted in the midnight and right away got responded. The pearl on my earring got chipped off after the first wear, customer service assured me that nothing I need to do from my end and they will replace one for me, and I got it the next day! Will definitely repurchase from 1000earring!

The packaging is good and pretty. I have a sensitive ear, which could only wear 925 silver or else my ears would get swollen, itchy and redness. But 1000 earrings really are 925 silver because I could wear them everyday now without itchiness. The design is pretty and cute. Orh ya, and good quality as well. Suitable for daily wear.

Love the design and material. It's a soft metal though, and the backing is a little too small to hold. Took some time to put it on, because it's not as easy to align the post to the backing. The post got bent. Managed to straighten it but it's not flawless anymore. Will purchase again though. Thank you for the polishing cloth.
